		TDSL BlankfortT Plus is a family of third-party certified door blanks designed for internal use that, after modification, offer architects, specifiers, builders and contractors tried and tested, aesthetically pleasing, 30 and 60 minute fire-resisting fire doors. Proven mechanical performance is of considerable importance. Blankfort Plus door blanks have secured severe duty rating in DD171 Mechanical Performance testing and Pas 23 and 24 certification

Fire-Ratings TDSL Blankfort 30 Plus - FD30 . TDSL Blankfort 60 Plus - FD60 Both the manufacturer and TDSL have submitted TDSL Blankfort Plus Door Blanks for testing to BS476:Part 22:1987 and received successful test performance ratings for a variety of door sizes and configurations C.I.F. Global Assessments refer: Blankfort 60 FEA /97051 rev C Blankfort 60 Plus mdf FEA /00220 rev A Blankfort 30 FEA /97029 rev B Successful tests have also been performed to BSEN 1634-1: 2000 and BSEN 1363-1: 1999 Note: separate data sheets detailing very extensive fields of application are available on request Third-Party Certification TDSL Blankfort Plus Door Blanks are the first in the UK to be granted the Q-Mark (BM TRADA Certification - registration 6/1509/011 applies) and BWF-Certifire approval (Certificate references CF262 & CF263) Tests And Approvals TDSL Blankfort Plus Door Blanks are tested and approved for use in single, double, single swing and double swing (with and without overpanels) configurations Note: full details of approvals scope is available on request Glazing Approvals FD30 - to accommodate up to 0.99m2 glazing using a choice of aperture formations, glazing systems and glasses for use with quirk and splayed beads FD60 - to accommodate up to 0.72m2 glazing using a choice of aperture formations, glazing systems and glasses for use with quirk and splayed beads Note: full details of approvals scope is available on request

Faces 9mm high density particleboard, bonded to the core with Type 1 PVA adhesive and, if required, sanded - perfect for wood veneer and plastic laminate finishing 9mm mdf - ideal for paint Special Feature Head Rail - door blanks of 2440mm and longer incorporate a head rail of core material (nominally 100mm wide) turned approximately 90° to the vertical core (head of door blank is marked TOP) Further Production TDSL Blankfort Plus Door Blanks can be cut down, modified by producing glazing apertures and applying intumescent products and can be built into fire-resisting doorsets without invalidating fire-test evidence, providing all re-work recommendations are adhered to Note: separate data sheets detailing re-work criteria are available on request
